Terms of Service

The Basics
Welcome to QuickFind! By playing games on quickfind.live, you're agreeing to these terms. Think of it as the rules of the game for using our platform. We've tried to keep it simple and straightforward. If you don't agree with something here, that's okay—just don't use the site. But we hope you'll stick around and have fun!
What You Can Do
You're free to:
- Play any game on the platform (that's the whole point!)
- Share links to games with friends
- Use the site for personal entertainment
- Have fun and discover new games
What you can't do:
- Copy or steal our content or game code
- Use bots or scripts to mess with the site
- Try to break, hack, or damage the platform
- Use the site for commercial purposes without permission
- Do anything illegal or harmful
Be Cool
We want QuickFind to be a fun place for everyone. That means:
- Don't do anything that could harm other users or the platform
- Don't try to cheat the system or exploit bugs
- Don't upload viruses, malware, or anything sketchy
- Respect the games and their developers
If you break these rules, we might have to block your access. We'd rather not, but we will if we have to.
No Guarantees
QuickFind is provided "as is." We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but sometimes things break, games don't load, or the site goes down. We're not perfect, and we can't promise everything will work 100% of the time. You use the site at your own risk.
Also, we can't guarantee that game descriptions are always 100% accurate or that every game will work on your device. If something doesn't work, try a different browser or device, or just try a different game!
We're Not Responsible For...
Since QuickFind is free, we can't be held responsible for:
- Games not working on your device
- Lost progress or game saves (games are hosted by their developers)
- Any damage to your computer or device
- Time you spend playing games instead of doing other things (that's on you!)
- Anything that happens when you click links to other websites
Basically, if something goes wrong, we're sorry, but we can't fix everything or compensate you. The site is free, so you get what you pay for (which is nothing, so... you know).
Third-Party Games
Most games on QuickFind are made by other developers. We just host them. That means:
- We don't control the games themselves
- Game developers have their own terms and privacy policies
- If a game has issues, that's usually the developer's problem, not ours
- We're not responsible for what happens inside the games
If you click a link to another website, you're leaving QuickFind and entering their territory. Check their terms if you're concerned about anything.
Who Owns What
QuickFind owns the website design, logos, and game descriptions. The games themselves belong to their developers. You can't copy, steal, or reuse our content without permission. That's just common sense and basic respect.
We Might Change Things
We might update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. We probably won't notify you directly (since we don't require accounts), so check back occasionally if you care. If you keep using the site after changes, that means you're cool with the new terms.
We Can Ban You
If you break the rules, we can block your access to QuickFind. We don't need a reason, and we don't need to warn you first (though we usually try to). We might do this if you're being harmful, breaking the law, or just generally being a jerk.
Right now, we don't require accounts, so banning is mostly based on IP addresses. If we add accounts in the future, we might ban those instead.
Legal Stuff
If there's ever a legal dispute, it'll be handled according to the laws that apply to online services. We hope it never comes to that, but if it does, that's how it works.
